Roberto has had a long career in the industry bringing over 25 years’ experience across a range of large and small companies, both public and private. Roberto has served in a variety of senior leadership roles and brings a proven track of developing and delivering innovative products focused on telecom and datacom market segments.

Harald holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and brings more than 20 years of experience in the optical communications industry, working with Tier 1 companies across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Arycs Technologies, Harald held senior leadership positions across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D at EFFECT Photonics, BWI, Coriant, Nokia Siemens Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, Bell Labs, and Lucent Technologies.

He is also a published author in the Bell Labs Technical Journal.

Tony is a seasoned senior manufacturing operations executive with 30+ years of industry experience with companies such as Juniper Networks, Aurrion and Xsigo Systems (acquired by Oracle). He is an expert in taking complex products from concept to volume production and leading challenging initiatives, with emphasis on new product introduction, manufacturing and test engineering, material planning, production scheduling and control and quality assurance.

Finance executive with a proven track record for driving shareholder value, IPO readiness, and operational transformation. Scaled finance teams in startup, mid-market, and multinational tech firms. Led IPO and M&A activity, designed world-class FP&A systems, and achieved “Rule of 40” financial performance. Deep domain expertise in SaaS metrics, cloud migration, and financial systems architecture.

Senior engineering professional with proven track record in managing multi-disciplined teams for research and product development of telemetry, measurement/data acquisition and communications products. These technically and geographically diverse teams have typically included embedded and system software, complex precision electronics, mechanical/physical design, and optical (components, modules and lens systems). The output of these teams have resulted in successful high volume products.

Serial Entrepreneur with two successful start-ups resulting in acquisitions. Expertise in building large scale systems and coherent products. Strong leadership skills in mentoring and managing large teams and coordinating large projects across separate business units.
